Canasia Industries Corporation: Ground Geophysics Program Completed at Reed Lake

Canasia Industries Corporation has been notified by the operator of the Reed Lake Prospect that the ground geophysics program is now complete. Due to the nature of the electromagnetic anomalies, the company increased the size of the ground grids to cover 31.2 line kilometres instead of 24 kilometres. The grids were one of the areas selected by Condor Consulting of Colorado which is an industry specialist in interpreting VTEM surveys. By using this new data collected, and using Condor’s data interpretation, this will enable the highest priority drill targets to be tested. The company is now in the process of obtaining drill quotes and is expecting to announce a contractor in the near future. Drilling is expected to commence in February.

Graeme Sewell, a director of Canasia stated, “Management is optimistic about the upcoming Reed Lake drill program. There has been over one year of data collection and evaluation that has been completed and now Canasia is a point that we are ready to finally drill. Not only do we have this drill program about to start but we also have a work program on our 453,058 acres potash prospect now underway.”
