Chromex Mining Plc. said it is finalising the terms of acquisition of the remaining 49 percent stake in Ilitha Mining (Pty) Ltd.
The chrome company focused in southern Africa said it is also finalising the placing of new shares of the company at 40 pence each.
The company has made these statements in response to the recent rise in its share price.
