Golden Oasis Exploration Corp.: Core Drilling Initiated at Toiyabe Project, Nevada

Golden Oasis Exploration Corp. is pleased to announce that it has initiated a 21,000 foot drilling program at the Toiyabe project, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend in Northern Nevada.

A core drilling program of the Courtney A fault has begun. This program involves drilling several oriented core holes to determine the exact orientation of the mineralized structure. A total of 8 core holes are planned with the deepest being 1,000 feet.

After completion of the core drilling program, RC drilling will commence to follow both the Courtney A and B structures to depth. A total of 18,000 feet of RC drilling is planned. The program is expected to be completed in the Fall.

The Courtney A and B faults occur near the eastern edge of a down-dropped fault block called a “graben”. This graben is one of two large north-northwest trending down-dropped features interpreted from Golden Oasis’s recent CSMT geophysical survey. The interpretation was by Frank Fritz of Fritz Geophysics. Frank also interpreted a set of east-west structures cross-cutting the grabens. Grabens and their associated structures host mineralization at the Cortez Hills deposit to the north (7.5 million ounces of gold).

Richard Kern (P.Geo) of Reno, Nevada, is the Company’s qualified person on the project as required under NI 43-101 and has prepared the technical information contained in this press release.
