India ONGC to decide on new plants by Nov-official

India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation will decide on setting up new refineries by November, the country’s Petroleum Secretary M.S. Srinivasan said on Sunday.
“ONGC may have plans to set up one or two more refineries. The board is evaluating the proposals. By November we will take a firm view,” Srinivasan told reporters.
