International Ranger Corp. Amends Letter of Agreement to Acquire Four Corners Uranium Project

International Ranger Corp. announce it has amended the “letter of Agreement” to acquire 100% interest the Four Corners Project located east of the San Rafael Reef in the Green River (Four Corners) Mining District of Emery County, Utah, which was announced May 14, 2007. The Project was acquired at arms length from Energy LLC and E. John McDonald & Associates, LLC, both of Moab, Utah. The amended terms are that Ranger will pay up to $650,000 in staking and BLM fee’s, which have been made and make cash payments of $500,000 over 4 years. $50,000 year one, $50,000 year two, $100,000 year three, $250,000 year four. Ranger will also issue 3 million shares. 1,000,000 on closing, which has been done, and 500,000 for the next Four years.

The general geographic area of the project lies north of Interstate 70 in Emery County, Utah, about 15 miles west of the City of Green River, Utah, at the base of the San Rafael Swell and to the east of the San Rafael Reef. Numerous Uranium mines were worked by Atlas Corporation and others in the past to the south of the Project area.
