Irwin Energy Cancels Closing Of Acquisition Of Brimstone Mining – Quick Facts
Friday evening, Irwin Energy, Inc. said it has cancelled the complete closing of the acquisition of Brimstone Mining Inc. as it lacks enough resources to back Mayflower Explorations Inc.’s plans to reopen the Mayflower mine and contracted consulting service to oversee the exploration and development of the mine.
The company further disclosed that Mayflower Explorations Inc. is one of the subsidiaries of Brimstone Mining Inc.
The company said it would relieve all parties of any further liability or obligation under the share exchange Agreement.
