Mantis Mineral Corp. completes private placement
Mantis Mineral Corp. is pleased to announce the completion of the first tranche of it previously announced private placement of units at price of $0.23 per unit with Citadel Securities Inc. and HDL Capital Corporation as agents. A total of 6,312,000 units were sold for gross proceeds of $1,451,760. Each unit consists of one “flow-through” share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one share at a price of $0.35 for a period of one year.
A total of $75,588, 124,200 shares and 360,000 broker warrants were issued by Mantis as a commission in connection with the private placement. Each broker warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one share at a price of $0.20 for a period of two years.
Completion of the private placement is subject to regulatory approval, including satisfaction of the requirements of the CNQ.
