Oceaneering Announces the Promotion of Kevin Kerins to Vice President and General Manager, Remotely Operated Vehicles

Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) announced the promotion of Kevin Kerins to Vice President and General Manager, Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV). In this capacity, Mr. Kerins will have responsibility for Oceaneering’s worldwide ROV business.

Mr. Kerins has been with Oceaneering for 28 years, serving the company most recently as Vice President, Eastern Region ROV. Kevin has held a variety of progressively more responsible domestic and international positions in ROV operations, marketing, and administration. In 1994, he conceived the design for the Hydra® Magnum vehicle, which has been the platform for over 150 vehicles that Oceaneering has subsequently built and added to its fleet.
