Petrobras Proposal on a wait for Union Vote
As the most influential company in Brazil, which obviously the biggest in the country since it is state owed company. The company is called Petrloeo Brasileiro or well-known as Petrobras. Currently the union is to vote on Petrobras proposal. Striking platform workers will vote Friday whether to accept the latest proposal from Brazilian state-run energy giant Petroleo Brasileiro, or Petrobras, a spokeswoman for the Sindipetro-NF union told Dow Jones Newswires.
Petrobras and union officials ended talks late Wednesday, with Petrobras submitting an offer to resolve differences over “disembark day,” the spokeswoman said. Union leaders will evaluate the offer Thursday, then present it to members for Friday’s vote.
