Philex Mining declares cash dividend

PHILEX Mining Corp. has declared a cash dividend of 0.05 pesos per share, subject to approval by its creditors.
The record and payment dates will be fixed after the creditors approve the planned payout, the company told the stock exchange.
(One dollar = 50.95 pesos)
