Ramelius Resources Recommences Mining at Wattle Dam Gold Mine
Ramelius Resources announced that mining has recommenced at its Wattle Dam Gold Mine in the Spargoville gold/nickel belt located 25 kms west of Kambalda in the Eastern Goldfields of WA and a cut back to the open pit has now commenced. It reported further that the construction of essential roads and infrastructure has been completed and ramping down into the open pit for the cut back has now commenced. This phase of mining is expected to continue until the September 2008 quarter.
