Settlement of litigation with Century Mining

Settlement of litigation with Century Mining

Sulliden Exploration Inc. announces that it has settled the legal actions commenced in Canada in June 2007 against Century Mining Corporation, Algamarca and others.

Century has withdrawn from its involvement with the Shahuindo property in Peru and abandoned all of its claims to the Shahuindo property. Sulliden’s legal actions and Century’s motion challenging jurisdiction have both been dismissed without costs with the consent of all parties by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

As previously announced in July 2008, Sulliden and Algamarca agreed to temporarily suspend the appeal proceedings before the Supreme Court of Peru pending further negotiations on a possible settlement of the Shahuindo litigation and dispute. These negotiations with Algamarca are continuing.
