SIRIOS: Diamond Drilling on the TILLY Molybdenum Property

Wednesday, August 20th 2008

SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. begins today the diamond drilling program on its molybdenum-copper-gold property TILLY in James Bay, Quebec. The program totaling a minimum 1,500 metres, will allow the testing of at least 12 targets. These originate from the spectrometric, magnetometric and induced polarization ground surveys as well as the geological studies completed this summer.

Most of the geophysical anomalies that will be drilled extend over a length that varies from a couple hundred meters to more than one kilometre. They are interpreted as being caused by metallic mineralizations close to the surface (sub-outcropping). Numerous molybdenum or copper-silver-gold showings coincide with them.

Between 1997 and 2001, SIRIOS realized, on its TILLY property, the first significant molybdenum discovery in the James Bay area in Quebec, while discovering at the same time an important porphyry complex. The fully-owned property is located 30 km west of the LG-4 hydroelectric complex. It comprises 95 claims for a total area of 48 km2.
