Stans Energy Corp. Announces Completion of Vertical Amalgamation
Stans Energy Corp., announce the completion of the amalgamation of JM Capital Corp. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, as described in the press release of JM Capital Corp. dated November 26, 2008 and the filing statement of JM Capital Corp. dated November 7, 2008. The name of the amalgamated corporation is “Stans Energy Corp.” The Company expects for trading of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange to begin under the name “Stans Energy Corp.” and the stock symbol “RUU” following the receipt of the TSX Venture Exchange’s final approval of JM Capital Corp.’s “Qualifying Transaction.”
