U Mining Resources, Inc. announced that the Company intends to make a public statement when it reaches a definitive decision regarding the private purchase offers made for the acquisition of their uranium mining property. In the interim, the situation will remain confidential until an agreement has been made by U Mining Resources, Inc.
Furthermore, the mineral value of this uranium property served as a cornerstone to the progress and development that U Mining Resources, Inc. has been able to forge in the James Bay region of Northern Quebec. Therefore the Company will assure its investors and shareholders that the final decision on the sale of this uranium property will firstly serve as a precursor for the expansion and growth of the Company’s infrastructure and secondly will develop a larger role for the Company on the mineral markets in the region.
