Williams Cos. Declares Quarterly Dividend of 9 Cents Per Share, Payable March 26
Williams Cos. said Monday its board approved a regular dividend of 9 cents per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on March 26 to holders of record at March 9.
Williams, through its subsidiaries, primarily finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas. The company also manages a wholesale power business.
