Petaquilla Copper Announces Transition of Petaquilla Coppers Board of Directors
Petaquilla Copper Ltd. announced that Jochen Tilk, Ian Pirie, Fernando Martinez-Caro, Steven Astritis and John Sanders have been appointed directors of Petaquilla Copper effective immediately. Concurrently, Ralph Ansley, John Cook, Richard Fifer, Dale Lucas, Marcel Salamin and Marco Tejeira have each resigned as a director.
Additionally, Petaquilla has announced that Jochen Tilk has been appointed Chairman of Petaquilla’s board of directors and John Sanders has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Joao Manuel will remain as Petaquilla’s Chief Financial Officer.
