Reliant Energy Business Unit Wins $14.2M Contract With Defense Logistics Agency
The Defense Logistics Agency awarded a $14.2 million contract to a business unit of Reliant Energy Inc. for the provision of electricity to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
The contract, which was awarded to Reliant’s subsidiary, Reliant Energy Solutions East in Edison, N.J., will run through Dec. 31, 2008.
Shares of Houston-based Reliant closed unchanged at $12.57 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.
