Atlas America, Inc announced its Cash Dividend of $0.05 per Share
Atlas America, Inc. has recently had a press released saying that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, to shareholders of record on Wednesday, August 6, 2008.
Atlas America, Inc. owns an approximate 48% common unit interest and all of the Class A and management incentive interests in Atlas Energy Resources, LLC . Atlas America, Inc. also owns 1.1 million common units in Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. and a 64% interest in Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P., a limited partnership which owns the general partner interest, all the incentive distribution rights and 5.75 million common units of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P.
