Atlas Energy Resources, LLC set a Record Distribution of $0.61 Per Common Unit for the Second Quarter 2008
Atlas Energy Resources, LLC, is reported to have announced to the public that the company has declared its record quarterly cash distribution for the second quarter 2008 of $0.61 per common unit. This $0.61 per common unit distribution represents a $0.02 increase, or 3.4% increase, over the first quarter 2008 distribution of $0.59 per common unit, as well as a 42% increase from the second quarter 2007 distribution of $0.43 per common unit. The distribution is payable Thursday, August 14, 2008 to holders of record as of Wednesday, August 6, 2008.

Atlas America, Inc. also owns an approximate 48% common unit interest and all of the Class A and management incentive interests in Atlas Energy Resources.
