China University of Petroleum Names New York Global Group President Benjamin Wey a Distinguished Visiting Professor

A Chinese American executive on Wall Street, Mr. Benjamin Wey will lecture in the areas of global finance several times during the course of the school year. A bilingual China expert, Mr. Wey possesses almost two decades of China experience and is regularly invited as a guest speaker at conferences worldwide related to China and international capital markets.

Mr. Wey has acted as an advisor to a diverse range of public and private institutions worldwide on China related strategic and investment opportunities. Mr. Wey is the Executive Director of the Foreign Investment Committee of the Investment Association of China and a Deputy Director of the China Mergers and Acquisitions Association. Mr. Wey is also a Senior Economic Advisor to the city of Tianjin, China’s third largest city as well as several other major Chinese cities.
