Churchill Mining starts drilling on Sendawar project; plans 64 new holes

Churchill Mining PLC said it has begun drilling on primary coal resource targets in the northern portion of the Sendawar project in Indonesia, with plans for 64 new holes by February 2007.

The company said the new programme follows an initial 14-hole drilling campaign at Sendawar.

It will also commission three more rigs at Sendawar, the company added.
