Gate Petroleum diversifies
Gate Petroleum Co. has branched to the title company business.
Gate Title Co. opened its first office at 572 Ponte Vedra Blvd. in December 2006 because of the current and projected growth in Northeast Florida, said Gate Title Co. spokesperson Doug Smith.
The staff of four services residential and commercial buyers, and already, Smith said, business has been busy.
Gate’s holdings also include 225 gas stations/convenience stores throughout the Southeast, eight construction materials manufacturing facilities, four resorts and other real estate holdings.
