Gold World Resources engages mine evaluation consultant

Gold World Resources Inc. announces that the Company has engaged Mr. Don Arsenault to advise senior management on acquisitions and operational issues on gold projects in China. Mr. Arsenault is a Professional Mining Engineer from Queen’s University and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Arsenault is eminently qualified for this position with 30 years of experience in operations management, mine evaluation, design, planning and project management of mining projects in Canada and internationally. Mr. Arsenault has held senior project management responsibilities on a wide variety of mining-engineering projects, including due diligence assessments as well as pre-feasibility and feasibility studies. He possesses strong analytical and communication skills, complemented by the hands-on experience necessary to manage projects in developing mining markets such as China.

Mr. Arsenault was most recently the Chief Operations Officer for Khan Resources Inc. and as such was responsible for their day-to-day operations in Mongolia. As Director of Business Development and Project Manager for Aker Kvaerner E&C, his responsibilities included project management and conceptual engineering for a gold/silver project in the Czech Republic and a variety of projects in East Russia.

Mr. Arsenault’s wealth of relevant experience will be instrumental in realizing the Company’s strategy to become a significant gold/silver mine developer and producer in China.

The Company is exploring for precious metals in China and has signed a Joint Venture Contract to establish a Sino-Foreign Contractual Joint Venture Company for the exploration and development of the Ming Gold/Silver Project, Hebei, China. More recently, the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with Chifeng Kun Peng Mining Company Limited and accepted the invitation by Chifeng Jiguanshan Mining Company Limited, both located in Inner Mongolia, China, to provide the Company the opportunity to complete due diligence with the purpose to enter into commercial transactions.
