Indonesia Berau Coal sets bond yield guide

Indonesia’s PT Berau Coal has set an indicative yield range for its $325 million, two-part bond, a market source familiar with the deal said on Wednesday.

The deal comprises five-year fixed rate bonds and five-year amortising floating rate notes.

Berau Coal had set the indicative yield for the fixed-rate bonds at around 9.75 percent, while the yield guidance for the FRN was set at about 400 basis points over LIBOR, the source said.

Merrill Lynch is the sole bookrunner.
