Iron Creek Capital Corp.: Pampa Buenos Aires-JV Agreement Signed; Drilling Commenced

Iron Creek Capital Corp. announces that the Company and Andina Minerals Inc. have signed a shareholders agreement governing their 50:50 ownership in the Pampa Buenos Aires Project in Chile. In consideration for its 50% interest, the Company has issued to Andina 525,000 common shares which have a four-month hold period ending on November 29, 2008.

The Pampa Buenos Aires Project is a prospective property located 15 km southwest of Yamana Gold Inc.’s El Penon and Fortuna silver/gold mines. Exploration work has identified a total of 17 drill targets, several being epithermal, low sulfidation vein and breccia targets, as well as a number of porphyry copper/gold targets.

The joint venture has commenced a reverse circulation drilling program on the Project, with a minimum 3,000 meters planned for the first phase.
