Malbex Resources Inc. reminds holders of common share purchase warrants issued in conjunction with the Company’s June 2009 private placement financing that the warrants will expire at 5:00 pm (EDT) on April 29, 2011. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for consideration of $1.125.
