Trina Solar Ltd. signed a long-term polysilicon supply agreement with Jupiter Corp. Ltd., an affiliate of DTK Industries (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. Both companies are based in China.

EI Solutions, a division of US-based Energy Innovations (EI), announced on October 17 that it will construct a solar electricity system for Google’s Mountain View headquarters.
EI Solutions said the system will be the largest solar installation on any corporate campus. The project will involve 9,212 solar panels provided by Sharp Electronics.
