Natividad Underground Drill Program Moves to Level 6 for Additional 2500 Meters of Drilling

Continuum Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the initiation of underground diamond drilling on Level 6 at their high-grade Natividad epithermal gold-silver deposit, (historical production of approximately 1 million ounces of gold and 23 million ounces of silver), located in the southern Mexico state of Oaxaca.

To date, approximately 4,000 meters of diamond drilling have been completed from Level 1 of the deposit, within the newly-discovered Northern Extension Zone, a virgin area of gold-silver mineralization extending north from the previously-known, northern limit of historic mining. Significant results from Level 1 drilling have been reported in previous news releases. The last hole drilled from Level 1, BCN-16, intersected 5.35 meters grading 7.92 gpt gold and 347 gpt silver, including a 1.75 meter interval grading 23.02 gpt gold and 1.01 kilos per tonne (1,010 gpt) silver.

Drilling from Level 1 was carried out from four drill stations, and probed a panel of mineralization measuring approximately 350 meters of never-explored strike length within the multiple vein system. The drill has now moved to Level 6, approximately 150 meters below Level 1, where initially, a further 2500 meters of drilling is currently planned from two separate drill stations to explore the depth extension of the gold-silver mineralization discovered in the Level 1 drilling. Results will be reported as they become available.

Continuum’s Vice President of Exploration, Dr. Lawrence Dick, states: “Historical mining at Natividad encountered the highest grades below Level 1, such that drilling from Level 6 will allow us to test deeper levels in this previously unexplored extension of the system. We will drill fans of holes from at least two new drill stations, while continuing to construct new drill stations on Level 1.”

The Qualified Person for this project, under the definition established by National Instrument 43-101, is Lawrence Dick, Ph.D., P.Geo., Vice President Exploration for Continuum Resources Ltd. Geochemical assays are carried out by ALS Chemex in North Vancouver, B.C.

On behalf of the Board of Continuum Resources Ltd.
