New Dawn Mining Corp. Appoints New Director
New Dawn Mining Corp. announce the appointment of Mr. Phillip MacDonnell to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, through the expansion of its Board from four to five members.
Mr. MacDonnell received a B.A. (Hons) from University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. MacDonnell was a founding partner of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon & Co. Ltd., an international institutional stock brokerage. He was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Mr. MacDonnell is currently the Vice President and a Director of Hawk Partners Ltd., which provides financial services to Canadian companies.
