Pemberton acquires 1280 acres of land in Panny area

Pemberton Energy Ltd. wishes to announce that it has successfully acquired two full sections of crown land (1280 acres in total) in a proven and very productive area of Northern Alberta. These two sections are located near the Company’s current 8-25-95-5W5 Panny well. Seismic data on the area is available. These newly acquired 2 sections of land have some production infrastructure already in place. Government data shows strong potential for re-entry on one well bore situated within the properties. Management feels this area is a generally low risk investment, with long term profitability. Pemberton is also in negotiations with a private land owner in the area for more land and mineral rights.

Pemberton Energy Ltd’s principal business is the acquisition, exploration and development of petroleum properties. The company continues to focus on its primary corporate objective: the creation of value for shareholders by identifying oil and gas accumulations with relatively low geological risk but with substantial reserve potential.
