Penn Virginia Corporation Declares Dividend

Penn Virginia Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05625 per share payable September 3, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2008. This will be the Company’s 446th consecutive quarterly dividend payment.
