Shoshone Silver Announces Sale of Uranium Claims to Bayswater

Shoshone Silver Mining Company announced it has entered into an agreement to sell its California Creek claims located near Elko, Nevada to Bayswater Uranium Corporation of Vancouver, BC.

Upon completion and approval of this agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange, Shoshone Silver Mining Company will receive 200,000 shares of Bayswater common stock.

Shoshone President, Lex Smith stated, “Shoshone’s sale of the California Creek properties is another move aimed at streamlining our operations and allowing us to focus both capital and resources on our core markets, silver and gold.”

Founded in 1969 as a silver exploration, development and production company, Shoshone maintains a diverse portfolio of mineral exploration projects in northern Idaho and across the western United States and Mexico. Shoshone stock trades on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol “SHSH.”
