Vantex Resources Ltd: 30 g/t Gold on Ortona

The management of Vantex Resources Ltd. has realized a geophysical survey (Mag – VLF) and a random surface sampling program on the Ortona property, located a few kilometres northwest of its Guillet project, near the town of Belleterre, Temiscamingue, Quebec.
37 random samples were collected and Mag – VLF surveys were completed during the summer of 2008.
Gerard Lambert Geosciences presented a report concluding that many VLF anomalies are interesting targets worth follow-up geology and in-depth prospecting.
On the 37 random samples taken at this time, 5 samples showed anomalous gold values varying from 0.109 g/t Au to 30.96 g/t Au while the other samples did not return any significant values.
