MMX Announces the Start-Up of MMX Sudeste Magnetic Concentration Plant
MMX Mineração e Metálicos S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that its subsidiary, MMX Sudeste, started-up the operations of its new magnetic concentration plant on this date.
The start-up of the magnetic concentration plant concludes the first phase of MMX Sudeste Business Plan launched on last July 24th.
Considering the start-up of this plant and the other investments already undertaken, MMX Sudeste reaches today the annual installed capacity of 8,7 million tonnes of iron ore (wet basis).
With the conclusion of this MMX Sudeste expansion phase and considering the current Corumbá System installed capacity, MMX reaches the important landmark of total annual installed capacity of 10,8 million tonnes of iron ore (wet basis).
