ouble Eagle Petroleum Names Brock CFO
Oil and natural gas producer Double Eagle Petroleum Co. on Tuesday named Lonnie R. Brock as chief financial officer, replacing David Milholm.
Milholm gave notice on May 25 that he would resign from his post on May 31. Double Eagle stated in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that to its knowledge, Milholm did not resign due to any disagreement with the company or due to any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
Brock will become the new CFO effective July 1.
He previously operated his own business — educational organization The Nature Workshops — between 1995 and 2006.
