Zcom Networks Announces Purchase Agreement to Acquire California Gold Mine
Zcom Networks, Inc. announces that the company has finalized the purchase agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary, Allied Mineral Rights, Inc. to acquire the gold mining rights and other mineral rights known as CLS #12 in Ridgecrest, California which includes a 160 acre placer mining claim. The mineral rights include the right to develop, mine, process, refine, and sell minerals and elements found on the claim including gold, silver, platinum, tungsten, and copper.
